1. Freight & Liability

Liability limits are established at the core of our operations. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DON CLARO DISTRIBUTION, LLC operates under standard industry transit terms. We aren't just movers; we're stewards of your supply chain. We recommend all clients maintain independent cargo insurance for high-value transits.

2. Payment & Freight Charges

Timely transport requires timely payments. All invoices are due within 15 days of the bill of lading date unless your specific account has been granted extended credit terms. Why wait for delays? We ensure that funds are allocated to fuel, labor, and port fees to keep your cargo in constant motion.

3. Delivery & Transit Times

Transit times provided are estimates based on standard ocean, air, or ground schedules. While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, DON CLARO DISTRIBUTION, LLC is not liable for weather-related delays, port congestion, or customs holds that fall outside our direct control.

4. Digital Usage & Tracking

Access to our digital tracking portal is provided solely for live shipment monitoring. Unauthorized data scraping or attempts to access non-public server information will result in immediate termination of digital privileges. We've invested heavily in security to protect your shipment data.
